Each session combines movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and strength-based rehab so you can reduce pain, restore capacity, and move with confidence again.

Best for acute or chronic pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, and movement limitations affecting daily life or training.

Performance & Injury Prevention

For individuals who want to stay ahead of injury and continue training at a high level.

This focuses on identifying movement restrictions, load tolerance issues, and strength imbalances before they turn into pain or setbacks.

You’ll leave with a clear plan to improve resilience, performance, and consistency in training.

We offer transparent, straightforward pricing. All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to your specific goals.

Initial Evaluation
$295
A comprehensive 60–75 minute session including full assessment, movement analysis, and a clear plan moving forward.
Available in-person or via telehealth.

Follow-Up Sessions
$275
45–60 minute sessions focused on treatment, progression, and performance.
Available in-person or via telehealth.

In-Home Sessions

Most clients work with us through a focused plan rather than ongoing weekly visits. The goal is to help you move, train, and perform at a high level and give you the tools to stay there.

We are an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Return to Training / Return to Sport

A structured progression from rehab back to full training or sport.

The focus is rebuilding strength, confidence, and capacity so you can return without hesitation, not just being pain-free.

Ideal after injury or surgery when you’re ready to transition back to full performance.
